Currently the Dappled Macaron ships within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping options and prices are calculated at check out.
If you are not located within one of the current shipping locations please shoot us an email. We will do what we can to try and get our Dappled Macaron products to you on a case by case basis.
There are multiple shipping options that can be chosen at check out including next day and priority options for most products.
Please note that shipping times DO NOT include processing times. Find estimated current processing time can be found at the top of our home page.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your products from The Dappled Macaron.
Returns: We are more than happy to accept returns and offer you a full refund (not including shipping) on any product that is still in stock, within 30 days of purchase. If the product is on clearance or no longer offered we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit. See "How do I make a return or exchange" for more info.
Exchanges: We are more than happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color or design on any product at any time.

Returning products to The Dappled Macaron is made easy with our returnable packaging!
All products sent back for return or exchange must be in original condition with tags.
Returns/Exchanges within the U.S:
If you are within the U.S. and are returning or exchanging an item to us due to color, size, etc. place your unworn item into our reusable packaging and ship to:

Once your item is received we will send out your exchange or issue a refund.
* The Dappled Macaron will cover shipping costs both ways if the return or exchange is due to an errorin our part (wrong size, item, damage etc)

-Machine wash your designs inside out in cold water
-Do not bleach

-Tumble dry on low
-Iron inside out

1. I Can't log on to my account OR i'm having trouble gaining access to private pages.
-Are you a Mac Club Member? Only Mac Club Members have access to private pages. You should have received a "Mac Club Welcome" email if you have become a member. If you believe you are a member and have not received this email keep reading. If you are not a member, check out the "About" tab under "The Mac Club" to learn how to become a member.
2. I am not receiving emails from The Dappled Macaron.
-Have you CONFIRMED your subscription?
Once you have put your email into the "Stay in touch" form you should receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. You must click on this link to confirm. Please check your spam folder for this email if you don't see it in your inbox.
-Check your spam folder. Add us to your contact list and/or click "not spam" so you don't miss out on great deals and new product launches.
